This handmade wood cigar box was leaser engraved by LaserCutZ for NYPD FOP association. Box has natural dark brown finish, when it was laser engraved, logo turned out to be dark, so it was dark on dark artwork which did not look upscale. To make box more presentable we infield laser engraved channel with gold paint, as result we got gorgeous looking gift box.

Mil Specks Mil130 deep metal laser engraving service for US Air Force
Those parts engraved for US Air Force, job was marked with high power fiber laser to comply with Mil130 and Mil128 standards so that laser engraved text cannot be removed during normal pat usage. LaserCutZ can perform any type of engraving on all pats. We provide software customization services where our machines can request or submit derail numbers and batch numbers as per DOD or FDA requirements. Film props laser cutting and engraving – security guard name plate
This is a name plate done as emergency job for a film production in Bronx. Job came in at midnight and was at filming location at 6am next day. Item is laser cut and laser engraved name plate for the actor who was playing security guard. Name plate is to be mounted on the uniform to show character name.

Full Color Photo Printing on Wood Large Format
This is a sample tile showing how LaserCutZ can use our flatbed printer to print full color CMYK in wood, glass, metal or any other surfaces. Sample print shows full color photo of the flower printed on ¼” laser cut plywood tile. Printing has white primer color to ensure proper color representation. This wood printing technique is ideal for architectural and design uses.

This acrylic and abs stencil is laser cut for a Broadway artist in Manhattan. Stencil is to be used to spray name (logo) to music equipment crates and concrete. This specific stencil is 1/16” acrylic we also cut 1/16” ABS. Oher materials that can be used for stencils are vinyl and maylar.
