Our latest project required to make a production of metal tags out of stainless steel that have shape of ruffle or movie ticket. Each metal tag has variable (unique) text on it, such as serial number and name and they are double sided.
Advantages of fiber laser engraving on metal is that it is scratch proof and markings will never wash out by any chemicals.
Time to time LaserCutZ gets very unusual projects such as this project that required manual rotary engraving or marking Canon compatible leases. 1000 pcs of lenses needed to be marked by hand to add focal length information to them. We can almost say that this project was hand made in Brooklyn NY
Introducing aluminum embossing metal stamps. Those stamps are done from single brick aluminum which is much more durable then acrylic. This means your stamp will not crack or chip, our new metal stamps are extremely durable and will not brake. More over metal stamps can provide much greater details for artwork, so wall thickness can be much smaller comparing to acrylic stamps. In addition to durability, metal stamps have sharper edges which allow them to leave better impression on hot process soaps.

Letters were cut form various metals to be inserted in a marble slab, this will be used in interior decoration so marble plate would be adding more accent to the sign look.
Small size jewelry fabrication for NYC local designers, job include cutting shapes out of flat metals such as copper, brass and silver. Those cut out shapes will be polished and then used in jewelry line.
Sample metal items, in this case head phones custom engraved with customer name. This project is quite tricky due to very small rim size so placement precision needs to be extreme and almost medical grade as otherwise laser burns letters in wrong place.
It becomes very common to provide donations such as benches, trees and other outdoor items to various causes or organizations. LaserCutZ just finished fabrication of a bench plate (sign) for NYC Department of Parks. This metal bench plaque will be installed in Hudson River Park. Job done with 14GA brushed stainless steel, laser cut to size to meet client artwork requirements and then machine bent and welded to the specs. Finally this metal plate deep engraved with metal fiber laser so that letters can be filled in with outdoor paint. Aluminum can only be engraved with Fiber or YAG lasers, LaserCutZ uses fiber laser as it’s much better for resulting quality. Our aluminum metal project shows reverse engraving f state of Texas outline on 3/8 aluminum plate.
