Need stamp that is any size and shape you want? LaserCutz can make it for you. This project had 4×1.5″ stamp made for a client. THis can be used for both ink and if needed candles and soaps as long as material is still soft to imprint. It comes with acrylic baking and acrylic handle. This one is rectangular but we can make it any shape any size! If needed same day turnaround is available.
Best way to keep truck of your inventory is by having serial number on each item. CO2 laser can be one of the options how you can permanently engrave serials and other markings to metal. In this case usb flash drives are marked with 2 digit serial numbers, on reverse there is company branding engraved. Naturally CO2 laser is not powerful enough to engrave on metal but with help of certain chemical laser beam is trapped on the surface of the metal and black laser marking is possible that way. This works like a thermal etching. Laser metal marking will not be washed away by anything and unlike any kind of paint it is not possible to peal off or scratch this marking (well unless you remove whole layer with the metal surface) Down side of CO2 laser metal engraving is speed of pre and post processing. Chemicals have to be applied and then removed from each part so some time is needed. Benefits of such process is that you can have small orders done locally and relatively quickly. For the bigger orders YAG laser would be better choice. For your reference black numberings are done with CO2 laser and product info ex 4GB is engraved with metal YAG laser. For orders processed by Laser-CutZ we can do CO2 engraving at our office same day same hour if this is a rush job that requires fast turnaround. If job requires serious metal cutting or engraving we can process the order at our factory but there will be lead time. Best way is to contact us to see what option you have with your project.

Laser-Cutz just stocked some extra chipboard (card board material) so we can do your project right away without waiting for material to arrive. Chipboard is a type of cardboard very often used in architectural modeling for base of the model. Layers of chip board are attached to each other to build up the relief around building construction. Alliteratively chipboard is excellent material for various craft and creative projects. We can even do laser engraved business cards with it, and if you want to go crazy we can do engraving + silk screening of business cards so you will have completely unique corporate identity (or perhaps we should call it creative personal identity) We can laser cut and engrave chip board.

If you are in craft of organic and all natural soaps then you probably want to promote your brand. This can be done but stamping or embossing your company logo to the soap body while it is soft. Laser-CutZ NYC can do acrylic or rubber engraved stamps for soap projects. Acrylic is hard enough to be pressed into the soap body, we can add handle to the stamp plate or we can do just a plate so you can mount it to the press. If you are using molds for your soap making then we can produce laser engraved rubber stamp that can work as a padding for your mold. Alternatively as a part of TempGP engineering we can help you with best option for doing custom soaps with your logo on it and that would be making silicone mold or even steel mold that you can use to pour / cast your soap material. Mold made soaps have best details and you can also transfer textures to your soaps. Of course molds are mot exactly a laser job but our patent company TempGP can help you with this process too if you are ready to go to next level.

Every once in a while we do laser cutting for students architectural projects (especially during finals and midterms). Very often leftovers look very nice so we could not resit to post this wood tower made from octagon that were laser cut out form building base model plates. There are no use for leftover material but very often it looks some what attractive. We might put engraving on those wood octagones or at leases utilize material for some other projects.
Laser cutting of winter decoration out of suede (lather) done for Manhattan store front by Laser-Cutz. This was not real lather but rather a faux so edges are slightly melted. Real lather is always cut clean. Laser machine can do easy cutting of any complexity which makes it much more superior comparing to the same job if it would be done with scissors. Same job can be replicated at the same time so while window display case can be covered in snow flakes like this is no time. Perfect idea for holiday season decoration.
