This is an example of exceptionally done custom shape crystal clear premium soap stamp produced by LaserCutZ. Premium stamps allow easy removal form soap material so stamp do not stick to soap as much as other products, that is why we call the non-sticky.

Metal is much more durable then acrylic when it comes to embossing stamps, such as soap stamps. LaserCutz has always been a pioneer in soap making stamps and metal is our new innovation that is not offered by anyone else in the world! Metal stamps have sharp corners and it is much easier for them to penetrate soap surface even in hot processing (melt and pour) soaps. Metal stamps are also nearly indestructible
As always LaserCutZ is well known for fabricating exceptional hard acrylic embossing stamps that can be used for soaps, candle, dough, and pottery. Here are few stamps done for bottling company.
Job done for Long Island local pharmaceutical plant, those 2” stainless steel metal tags are used to mark and identify each pipe on the plant. Requirements for the pipe identification tags is that it can survive harsh environment and exposure to chemicals. LaserCutz fabricated 2” circular shapes with punch press (die cutting) there is 3/16 hole on top to hand metal tag with the wire to the pipe. Those metal tags are fiber laser engraved to provide deep recess into material. Such deep laser engraving ensures that our pipe tags are durable and can resist any type scratches. Job done overnight locally at NYC office. Each tag has unique ID number, this is done with variable coding. Serial numbers provided in Excel file and laserCutz will print those serial numbers on each metal pipe tag.

Larger metal objects are harder to mark, however LaserCutz can handle almost any project including large scale aluminum and steel architectural fiber metal engraving. All jobs are done in our NYC office so extremely fast turnaround is possible for New York local customers.
LaserCutZ’s state of the art fiber laser can do precision marking on any metal. Our latest project required to make a production of metal tags out of stainless steel that have shape of ruffle or movie ticket. Each metal tag has variable (unique) text on it, such as serial number and name and they are double sided.
Advantages of fiber laser engraving on metal is that it is scratch proof and markings will never wash out by any chemicals.
Time to time LaserCutZ gets very unusual projects such as this project that required manual rotary engraving or marking Canon compatible leases. 1000 pcs of lenses needed to be marked by hand to add focal length information to them. We can almost say that this project was hand made in Brooklyn NY
Introducing aluminum embossing metal stamps. Those stamps are done from single brick aluminum which is much more durable then acrylic. This means your stamp will not crack or chip, our new metal stamps are extremely durable and will not brake. More over metal stamps can provide much greater details for artwork, so wall thickness can be much smaller comparing to acrylic stamps. In addition to durability, metal stamps have sharper edges which allow them to leave better impression on hot process soaps.
