This award crystal was fabricated out ½” acrylic sheet that was custom laser cut to specks and then all edges were polished. Sign was designed to have transparent acrylic base that can be disassembled for transportation. Face of the sign has laser engraved logo of the client.
This sign was both fiber laser cut and engraved. Cutting was done to special curved shapes so sign can be wrapped around trophy. Once engraved sign was acid blackened to make letters darker and then deep polished to be almost like a mirror
LaserCutZ fabricated marketing key chain prototype of metal for local design agency. First key chain shapes were cut out of 1/8” stainless steel, we cuts shape and the ring for the ring. Then we used our fiber laser to do very deep recess of the “smile” into the metal. Finally shapes were buffed and primed white, then painted PMC red color per clients specks and then “smile” was in filled with white ink.
This napkin holder was a rush job for IWC. Item is stainless steel mirror finish, laser cut the specific shape and then edges are bend in so structure can hold napkin. Face if the metal is fiber laser engraved with IWC dials and company name. This item was used as marketing tool for the event in NYC.
This wood sign was done for architectural interior design company in Brooklyn. Sign made out of reclaimed wood from old barn. Wood then burned out with laser to show up company name. Job done per client requirements, but our intake on this is if we add polished brass letters then sign would look much better as yellow deep polish brass letters would make good contrast with aged wood.

This rail is fiber laser engraved for Brooklyn Army Terminal contractor. Item is to be used as gift. Project included pre-polishing of the engraving surface and then doing deep recess fiber laser engraving into the iron. Job was done on the spot and results came out perfect , just like a museum quality peace.
Mercedes and Volkswagen are well known to have problems with cosmetic appearance of steering wheel buttons. In certain cases its clear antibacterial coating problem in certain cases its paint over trance lucent material that is worn out.
