Perl Painting and Stenciling Letters on Laser Cut Wood Sign
Sample letter printed, sprayed with laser cut stencils onto plywood substraight. This letter is prepared for Coach Company in NYC as evaluation of potential possibilities to print pearl sparkling and reflecting lettering for upcoming project. This can be used as nice idea for the sign. To do this letter 3 stencils and 4 types of spray paint was needed.
Aluminum Plate Metal Sign Printing for Dog Park in New Jersey
This rule sign was printed directly to a metal aluminum panel with our flatbed UV printer. Multiple layers of ink was added in top of percolated aluminum sheet to ensure maximum durability of the sign in outdoor environment. Sign is fairly large, metal is 3×2’ and its real aluminum metal 3/8” so its quite heavy. Aluminum was brushed before printing to add nice texture and prevent any reflection so sign is very easy to read. Flatbed UV printing is a good add on to the LaserCutZ laser engraving services. Our UV printer can easily handle 4×8’ and 8×10’ larger size architectural and sign printing needs. Construction Clay Brick Laser Engraving Printing for NYC Mall
Did you know that typical constriction bricks can be laser engraved? There few ways how bicks can be laser engraved. If Co2 laser is used, top later of clay will “evaporate” and artwork or text will recess down into the brick so deep channel is formed. On another hand if fiber laser is used top layer of the brick will change color to a darker one showing artwork like it was printed. Brick shows in this project was done for mall in Manhattan. Very often bricks or foot plates are engraved for fundraising campaigns with donors names, sometime bricks are used for memorial purposes.
Pin Mount Fluorescent Acrylic Sign Laser Cutting and Installation NYC
This is a pin mount, elevated florescent acrylic sign. When light hits the surface of the letters it escapes from the sides making edge low in a more contrast red color. To catch more light those letters are offset form wall with clear acrylic pins. Sign is fabricated and installed by LaserCutZ for a client on Wall St.
Acrylic signage fabrication laser cutting for JP Morgan Investors Event
This sign fabricated for JP Morgan investors events in NYC. Unlike most signs this one is a little different. Before acrylic was laser cut it was printed on flatbed UV printer with specific color that was requested by client. In most cases signs are either laser cut with available acrylic colors or spray pained. With UV printing over acrylic we can formulate any color that is needed. Moreover we can add textures or background images to the letters or backplates. In this sign we UV printed color on the back of acrylic, this allows special refection effect, then adhesive was added and letters are cut. At the end sign is assembled on clear acrylic with white backing, this allows letters to cast shadows on backplate creating very impressive visual effect. Combination of laser cutting and uv printing unlocks new level of sign fabrication.
Light Box Number Sign for Building
This sign fabricated as a combination of laser cut metal base plate that will block the light everywhere except the cut out slot where trance lucent numbers will be placed. Letters are laser cut to the shape of slots, they made of 40% light transmitting white acrylic so at night when LED light is applied from the back people will see numbers glowing. Sign is built for outdoor use and can be seen form far as it is fairly large.
Larger Size Solid Wood Sign Panel for Church
This is a solid wood panel with very deep CO2 laser engraving of the text. Deep laser engraving was used to make letters naturally black without any ink. When viewed in person shadows are seen within letters. Panel itself is about 3×1’ and will be installed in Church
Laser Cut MDF wall sign
This sign was done for a custom car tuning shop in Queens NY, material used is 1/8” MDF that was laser cut to the shape of the logo lettering. Sign was fabricated with installation placement module and adhesive backing on each of the letter. Sign is 6’ long so placement module was separated in multi part assembly.
